Consultant
Global Office of Inclusion and Collaboration
Nurit Hattab, based out of Israel, is an Inclusion & Collaboration (I&C) Global Consultant at Cisco. As an Advisor-Connector, she loves building new relationships and connecting people for the greater good.
This is very fitting as a key element in Nurit’s role is to create culture change by bringing people together in order to get something done. To do this, she collaborates and partners with business leaders and the broader HR organization to implement solutions and deliver services aligned with business priorities and Cisco’s corporate-wide Inclusion, Diversity and Collaboration strategy to build strong, innovative & inclusive teams that are more productive & profitable.
Nurit also co-leads the Cisco Disabilities Awareness network in EMEAR, which focuses on connecting people, recognising differences and nurturing abilities.
Nurit joined Cisco in 2012 as part of the NDS acquisition and held various leadership roles in Marketing and HR prior to joining NDS. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance, a Life and Business Coach also certified as a Professional in Learning & Performance from the ATD and a Cultural Orientation consultant from Berlitz.
Married to the love of her life, Nurit is also the mother of three boys and two girls; a talented baker who loves music, soccer and jeep racing. In her “spare time,” Nurit does pro bono consulting for NGOs on cross cultural leadership, communication skills and people strategy, and mentors young ultra-orthodox women as part of the Movilot program on career development empowerment skills. Here she enables them to advance into meaningful leadership roles within Israeli Society. She also serves on the board of Israeli Psifas Fund that helps individuals in need of a relatively small financial assistance to take a substantial step forward in their life.
In all aspects of her life, Nurit is inspired by the opportunity to create in the spaces where it is needed most and is often described as a “Coffee Bean”. Coffee beans are unique. When they are exposed to boiling water, they change the water and create something new. She believes that the happiest of people do not necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the best of everything that comes their way, influencing and affecting the environment in which they operate and live (and she loves coffee).
